About Me

AVC Northwest is lead by James Arnett, MAI and is located in Beaverton, Oregon.  

I am a lifelong Oregonian and graduate of the University of Oregon.  I began my real estate career as a general contractor specializing in custom homes before entering the appraisal profession in 2002.  I pride myself in providing clients with high quality appraisals and the individual attention they deserve.  

In my spare time I enjoy travelling domestically and internationally with my wife and two children, cooking, music, and taking advantage of all that the pacific northwest has to offer.
